Gabriel one could have gone either way but Trossard is 100% a penalty imo.

Agreed. Trossard was definitely a penalty and the Gabriel one could be given and tbh probably should be. There's a handful of a shirt there for more than a quick second - how can that not be a foul when it's clearly stopping Gabriel getting to the ball? The thing that fucks me off is that you'll see something like one of the decisions we didn't get today given in the next round of fixtures.

Supposedly VAR couldn't book him so would have to be the ref or linesman call, both didn't seem sure hence why VAR looked at it.

Funnily enough one interviewer asked Thomas Frank about players going down and he mentioned it was an intense game and they gave it their all. Alluding to them being tired I guess. Funny how not a single one of them went down after Kai scored....

I actually like Frank, he’s normally one of the good guys. Will give him a pass this one time.

I actually would have been fuming with 7 mins added on, I think they easily wasted a good 10-12 mins and that’s backed up by how long the ball was in play compared to the average. Worked in our favour though so jokes on them.

Maybe this is the better dress rehearsal for Porto than a blowout. Physical, long ball team, closely fought battle.
