I get what coombs is saying. that performance was the same we've seen all season. set piece goals and minimal open play action, also helped by palace being laughably poor. maybe the magnitude of the scoreline eases our mental block around finishing chances, but I came away feeling largely unenthused about the performance tbh. extrapolated out over a season, what were doing right now sees us finishing 3rd or 4th at best
