Burnwinter True, definitely appreciate the merits in breaking custom, and I think to one of your points (no.2?) (even if partially forced hand by injury), the cups/dead rubbers/somewhere, we should try and afford opportunity. It becomes harder to breed meaningful competition with less and less attention to it.
