Enjoy the Ryder Cup Dules - I've been watching some Rick Shiels videos with him and Guy playing the Marco Simone course - looks like fun.

Fingers crossed for Rice and Saka. That left 8 spot still very much open isn't it - Havertz, Vieira, ESR could all make it their own with a bit of luck.

Had to google what is a Ryder Cup lol. Enjoy man, and Rome is amazing so you should be fine with missing the game.

Bournemouth are yet to win in the PL this season(they have won none of the last 10 PL games), I usually worry when I see stuff like this as we love to help teams out, but that happens at the Emirates, so away from home we should be fine.
In terms of injury, I'm worried about Saka and Rice, the left side even if Martinelli and Trossard are out should be fine with Nelson being fit.

They are missing Solanke and about other 5 players that I have never heard of. So if there is ever a PL game Rice and Saka can miss, its probably this one.

Hard to predic the team with no clear news on Rice and Saka. But we shall see.

Possible that Saka, Martinelli, Trossard and Vieira are all out (along with Rice and Partey). That is a lot of attacking options missing (if all is true).. I guess we will see who actually makes it.. Could be a long game if all of those players are out.. (oh, and possibly Saliba?)

Not a fan of Vieira on the right but maybe it's what completes the lineup. Perhaps he can whip in a killer ball to Eddie,Kai,Gabi central or backpost run. Nelson in if he can't make it. Really miss watching the best left-winger in the league but if he hasn't trained, Gabi needs to be brought in safely. Think I'd prefer White filling in at CB rather than RB.

KingslandBarge very much prefer White at RB. The 3 games he started at CB we conceded goals at his side and his positioning as a CB still leave alot to be desired. He's better at RB while Tomi is more solid at CB

Line up feels small if you have Viera in for Havertz so ESR may be odd man out.

Clrnc Got an open mind more broadly, but the thought was explicitly for today, having Tomi's defensive quality present further up field, a little freedom to help in central areas because not feeling very assured by Zinchenko and Jorginho against Bournemouth. If Saliba is due to start, thats quite assuring.

Saka, Rice and Saliba all traveled with the squad. I suspect Saka will start if he is 80% fit, Rice and Saliba could be given a few more days rest to recover considering we have able replacements in Jorginho and Tomiyasu.

Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert if Saka and Rice aren't 100% then they shouldn't start. The alternatives need to prove they're good enough and playing (teams like) Bournemouth should be the way they do it. If we can't beat them with some reserve players mixed in then that's a problem because we're not going to be able to rely on them later on in the season when we've got tougher opposition.

Agree on that, it will be further evidence of Arteta not able to try and utilise his squad and find a way to manage our players through these sorts of moments. We are still early in the season and we shouldn't be trying to rush or force players who might not be 100% into these matches.
