FEBravo He's done the dirty side of Xhaka's game quite well. Made a couple of good recovery runs and clearances in our own box. Just so evident that his confidence is shot in everything else he tries.

Given the number of changes, and the strength of the Brentford side, that's a very good first half performance. Controlling the game, and very good shape and press off the ball.

James yes I meant offensively. Agree with you on the defensive side and probably why Arteta rates him so much.
Enjoyable half that. Some decent spells of possession, we controlled the game well, and pressed them well without it. I expected us to struggle considering Brentford put out a strong 11, and they usually step up against better sides.
