JazzG Seen some clips of Xhaka after the game and find it weird he seemed to be smiling a fair bit after the match. Not exactly what I'd expect from him after losing a cup final, especially after dropping a stinker.
I dunno, I guess after their time at Arsenal they're friends. Don't think it's that shocking. Players in general don't hate each other like they do for club pride or whatever. This is the modern game.
Sometimes I play games whilst being furious that we are losing, getting dominated, playing like shit or not getting any of the calls. We end up getting into huge arguments on the field with the ref and getting into it with whoever happens to be on the other team at the time. Sometimes even with your own team mates. After the game though everyone is back to just joking and taking the mick out of each other.
Granted we aren't playing for a trophy and we all know each other from work or friend circles, but these multimillionaire footballers are just human as well.
