I don’t watch enough of the other leagues to know but I would be surprised if there is anyone better than him. Certainly been best in the Prem this season that’s for sure. Sels from Forest, bar yesterday’s drubbing, probably 2nd.

They used to say Peter Schmichael used to win you 12 points per season with match winning saves. This guy is in that zone this season (not saying he is as good as the Dane by a long shot but best keeper in 2024-2025).

Great saves today, the first one from Gvardiol was ridiculous. The second one was probably as good, given the the deflection. Out with my Brentford mates last night and got a bit of stick from then re my previous scepticism, but he's clearly gone up a level with us.

Definitely has, last season he looked an improvement on Ramsdale but nothing more. This season he seriously has been up there with the best keepers in the league.
