Panda he's much more introspective than I realised; you can really hear that in the things he says, it all sounds very considered. That factor and the clear hunger he has to improve, to win, are infectious. Those qualities are really high up in the talent ID that Arteta and Edu recruit.
Some may have misgivings about the price, his technical ability (etc.) but I really think his attitude will win everyone over.
Excited to see how he develops.
