Their mistake was the suggestion we'll be good in knockout competitions this season due to our great defence. That'll only apply if we don't have our B team out there. Our typical B team is not great in any department, and will attract game-raising enthusiasm from every opponent due to its flaws.
Meanwhile, I would say our first XI has arguable missing pieces, but is a physical, versatile lineup yet to hit its stride, tactical changes or otherwise. We can still go on to successes with our best side out there.
