cthought he looked like Kaka-lite in the bundesliga, but I always did wonder if he would into the zone of positional uncertainty. he's never found a positional home since coming to england. could just be old fashioned big fish little pond syndrome as well

I mean maybe he could cut it in the bundesliga but can't do it in England for whatever reason. I think so much time had elapsed since that it feels difficult to read into that time and think it reflects much about Havertz today.

Someone made a point about him having a late growth spurt since leaving Germany. He's listed on both the official Bundesliga and Bayer Leverkusen as 6ft 2, but by most accounts today, he's listed as 6ft 4. I wonder how much that plays into it, because he certainly does look awkward at times.

I think he's a dud, simple as. We have thrown away some of Daddy Wal-bucks' bucks. It happens.

I think there’s quite a bit of merit to his change in physique impacting his game. He’s less agile now having filled out, and is a bit lumbering. Needs to play with aggression.

Saka has grown physically but not to an awkward height and weight

Have to say I watched halfway before I turned it off and wasn't all that impressed. Looked OK, but nothing I would have gotten really excited about unless the highlights in the second half of the video that I messed were much better.

Big Willie It's impressive because its like a different player from the Kai we are used to here.

Anyway he played LB yesterday again and was impressive again. Looks very natural there and strong in the tackle.

Big Willie Same, really. There's just mostly minor moments in there and often the footage cuts abruplty while he is still on the ball, suggesting he messed up just after.

Very weird to see him doing step-overs though.

Edit: Actually the more I think about it, his best position may actually be left back... as in being left back on the bench.
