invisibleman18 To be fair, it's not bad planning that's led to us having £135m and two senior internationals' worth of midfielders who we've bought over the last two summers out of action for the derby. It's a bugger but there's nothing to be done.
I'd probably play a Partey / Trossard / Ødegaard midfield I guess, this match will be about containing their threat and punishing them. Havertz's growing ability to latch onto longer balls is an asset too valuable to plan to waste hanging back near the defensive lines in my opinion. His first touch to get on the ball for the chance he missed against Brighton was sublime.
We might need to move Havertz back if Trossard struggled with the midfield role but he's made a fist of it a few times.
