Clrnc no. Did you watch Chelsea this season? At no point since he's arrived in the Prem has he looked close to being worth Ā£60m. His wage is going to be pretty high too.

Clrnc Havertz is a gamble IMO. I don't expect miracles out of Arteta in that Havertz suddenly turns out to be a WC player.
