Qwiss Don't want to know. I'm very impressed with the job he's been doing but he's a bit of an alien when it comes to motivation, as we've seen before. This feels the same as last season's collapse, we're just six wins or so further ahead. You'd have to say he's showing signs of being a leader for the good times only, not the difficult times.

Qwiss I think there are two issues we have with subs
1) there are subs who just break our playing style. Tierney, Holding etc
2) subs who just aren’t at the same quality level.

Right now the only guy I fully trust to give us real quality when he comes on is Trossard. But that’s a guy who was pushing for team of the season in his first few months at Brighton. The big disappointment for me is Vierira. Just has no pulse.
