Arteta is partially responsible for sure but who cares? Saka should have scored a penalty against West Ham but he didn’t, doesn’t change the fact that he’s largely been brilliant for us and the same goes for Arteta.
It’s easier to build a strong squad than simply expect everyone already here, including the manager, to be flawless.
I don’t really get the blame culture, the desire to hold someone responsible for just falling short of an extraordinary achievement (which could still happen btw).
