For me, Tomi offers more period. True, the wingers cutting in and overloading into Jorginhos space is one of City’s tactics I am anticipating and have been hoping we’ll have an answer for. Suspect same would have happened even if Partey was playing. As soon as someone scrambles in response (FB and or MF) they pass penetrate the opening.
