I don't think Zinchenko has been bad personally. He has played some fantastic quick passes to put Martinelli in good positions, but he doesn't look like he could score in a brothel at the moment.
Zinchenko is the only one from the middle third that is able to speed up the play and move through their tight pressing/marking structure. Ødegaard is too far ahead for that, Xhaka, too - though, he couldn't offer that anyway, and Partey isn't very good at that - he passes to open things up, but that pass is never on because they're flooding the middle.
