If signing our players extensions takes so long (Nelson) then how long will our actual transfers take?

So much BS rumours about like Diaby. Why would we extend Nelson and then buy Diaby, doesn’t make sense.

Rice rumour pissing me off too, he’s a good English midfielder but he’s not fucking the 2nd coming of Redondo to get this stressed about.

Qwiss The fact we haven’t outright been rejected means we are under consideration. I think his people have turned down Saudi approach and down to Man City, Barca & Arsenal.

Signing him along with Rice & Lavia would be an incredible bit of business. If we are losing Partey & Xhaka we need three signings, two ready made and one prospect.

JazzG I'm not that keen to sign Gundogan because of his age but if its along with Lavia then it makes more sense to me.

I can’t see why Gundogan would leave City to join us tbh. He’s also not young enough to give him a guaranteed playing time beyond a season or two.

Qwiss I agree about his age but if we can sign most players below 25 then we can make the odd exception. Also when you look at the level Gundogan is playing at we will get at minimum one top class season out of him if not two.
