JazzG but they are desperate and have to sell players. They're in a very sticky situation. Sure they may not want to sell to us, I'm sure they'd rather not sell Mount to United too but they've no choice.

That said I do not want Havertz under any circumstances.

What is it we would hope and expect he could bring to the team?

He's not a 9 or even a false 9. He'd have to play here on the wing or as an 8 - but i think he's too flakey for that. He's a good player and talented, but seems like an imperfect solution for whatever position you have in mind.

Still interested in Cancelo but only value him at 35m.

I suspect/hope that he's lower down our list of targets and only a fall back option. Would rather we get Caicedo and use Tomi at LB occasionally than spend the guts of 40 mill on Cancelo.
