Pepe LeFrits Hell of a risky strategy getting rid of two first team players but if you sign players within the league the settling in period should hopefully not be too long. Also would need to get the signings done early to ensure they get a full preseason and up to speed with how we want to play. Nothing will happen with Partey until mid-July anyway...

Why on earth would any PL side want to bail Chelsea out like that? If you know they need to sell I'd low ball them or walk away.

Have to say I prefer Maddison to Mount, and especially at their rumored costs.

I think Mount is a much better fit for the Xhaka role to be honest. Maddison is more suited to the Odegaard role. Another player in that position would be nice but wouldn't be my top priority at the moment
