goon Toon should at least be desperate for points, as they've never been in worse straits this season, Guimaraes is back but being unsettled by Madrid, etc etc.

Next two games are winnable and if we win both it would give us an 8 point lead in two weeks time (assuming City win their next game) as it will be FA Cup in two weeks, 8 points at this stage of the season would be a massive psychological boost for us.

IBL Fulham away is going to be tough, especially after Thursday EL game.

If you look back through the season you'll see all the big sides have struggled against Fulham, home and away. One of those games where we really need a cleansheet.

IBL need to win next week to go 8 points clear with a game more played. Hopefully City's busy schedule will impact their league results.

I think it's Paulhinha, both a talented and hatchet kind of midfielder. They are good across the XI, and I am glad the boys will face this kind of test.

Claudius the first Bournemouth goal feels like a freak.

Sort of, but it was caused by our defence caught napping right after the whistle—exactly what playing a video of it before "easy" league matches might prevent. We don't really need to talk about who's to blame, the players can figure that out.

The weekend win was great, but without giving up those two soft goals it's a paddling, not an Oscar-worthy action thriller.

It was back post against Everton wasn't it? With both goals it feels like our zonal guys where nowhere to be seen despite it being in the 6 yard box.

Most likely just one of those things though, I'm not really worried about it yet. Everton had 7 corners and are a very big side.

Burnwinter Honestly, from what I saw, the issue was Saliba letting Billing run off him freely, else it's just a normal pass into the box that's intercepted multiple times a game. While there was some element of surprise at Ouattara receiving the ball, it didn't really cause the goal - I thought it was more about Saliba almost letting Billing have a free run at the pass.

there was more than a few culpable persons for that goal, not least of which the ref for letting 3 Bournemouth players start half in our side of the pitch.
