Well, I would ask what he's done in his time with us to add digits to his valuation.
Decent shot stopper, but not sure he's shown much more than that. Ultimately, whatever I think of Raya, I don't think anyone would seriously suggest he isn't an upgrade on Turner and therefore improving our resilience in the goalkeeping department for a net spend (if reports are to be believed) for around £15-20m is not bad work. Not that it's anything to go overboard either.. 😁
