He would change our midfield both on the field and mentality wise. He's big physically, can run for days and closes down everything around him, transitions play well with the ball at his feet unlike any midfielder we have had here since Wilshere, and he's been the captain and leader of West Ham. I think people are getting far too caught up in trying to fit him into the 8 or the 6 and underrating all of these aspects.
Personally, I think he's a culture changer and just needs the step up to a top team to really take his game to the next level as well.
