Not much forcing going on there. They're holding a good shape and marking well, but our passes, touches, decision making and movement has just been below par. Most of the loose balls are falling to their players, we're all over the place.

Really need to sort ourselves out in the second half, otherwise we're just giving away free points to these cunts again. So infuriating.

United are a good defensive team. The stats show this. We have a few bad passes but we are under pressure.

What you do see though is we have significantly more deep touches and shots. We should manage these guys by the end.

Generally been good but feels like a game where we need to calm down a bit and not force things so much. Play the good pass early rather than look for the killer ball.

Have to say though it’s a good quality game. They’ve definitely improved since the OT game.

goon we definitely need to calm down. Partey, Ode, White, Xhaka, Saliba, Martinelli all look nervy to me. Not trusting themselves and it's leading to loose clearances and slow release of the ball.

With Ode I think he might be hurt.

Tactics

That 1st match at Old Toilet is definitely on our mind. We are pressing less than usual, preferring instead to drop deep in large numbers.

Very sloppy and poor decision making indicate our players are nervous.The good news is we aren't losing and were arguably the better team despite not being nowhere our normal level.

Tactics agree, I think when we started dropping a bit deeper we gave them minutes of slack to form a foothold in the game, series of sloppy moves from thereafter.

I am hopeful we'll make 1-2 effective adjustments to restart.

We're a much better side, but we've been sloppy and indecisive. Need more from Saka, Ødegaard, and Martinelli.
