Another immediate issue is if PSG win CL and play spurs in European Super Cup final and the latter wins then that’s another thing they have over us.

What bugs me slightly is that the likes of Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea and even Spurs now have managed to pick up European titles (including Champions Leagues) while being in what could be described as ‘banter’ periods, while we could never get over the line even when we were a truly top side.

Less about Spurs winning yesterday and more that we need to start meaningfully winning again.
