Kimmich is an excellent player but two things concern me. Firstly he is 29 years old which is well above our usual age profile. Secondly if we were to buy him unless we get him on a very reasonable fee and wage we shouldn't be in for him. Kimmich has also not been at his best for Bayern for a while now, saw some people say had a poor season last year as well.
De Jong turns 27 in a couple months and that is probably the upper limit I would say, still have a good 5 years in him.
