Clrnc I want Mbappé. All the ingredients are there. We are a top 2 premier league team without a superstar at striker / LM. He needs to compete at the highest level, and will never win the Balon D’Or playing for PSG. The team are all his age.
If he can lower his demands to something reasonable like £600k/week and would be interested in us, we should do it.

We’ve now raised the level of the squad so that’s it’s truly competitive. The next stage is to add some worldie talent in their plomp that everyone would crave to have in their team.

Basically the likes of Oisimhen, Musiala, Leao, Maignan or Mbappe!

lorddulaarsenal agree with this. Unfortunately, a guy like Camara will suffer the same fates as Lokonga, Fabio, and even Nelson. these are good players but not good enough to secure significant time in a squad chasing 90 points. A kid coming onto this team has to be a Fabregas-type talent.

I'd love to see a colossus up front as well, even if only for the drama, but I seriously doubt Arteta will pay out for any player who isn't top in terms of his "footballing education"—that seems to be his number one criterion.

Arteta's simply not interested in natural talents. Very reliably chases heavily schooled establishment players such as Havertz or our City cast-offs, hard-grafting Jurrien Timber from Ajax, etc.
