Sicario2 - Tier 1

Not to claim I’m an ITK but my good friend’s client is friends with Nelson (they go on holiday together) and said he’s leaving us this summer as the club just don’t value him right now. Shame but plenty of more fish in the sea for this type of player. I would go for Harvey Barnes as a squad option as well.

I do not rate Barnes at all. He hardly gets his head up. He just charges blindly for me.

Maddison on the hand I would buy. I would buy him ahead of Mount all day long.

Locatelli could be a shout, unless he truly has deep rooted affinity for Juve. If so, good for him.

I don’t much about amount’s personality but I like Maddison in interviews. He seems really reflective and analytical about his own and the game in general. He could be a really good buy if Leicester go down. I wouldn’t have wanted him in the Odegaard role but coming to the squad now I could see him being a big player.

Tam yeah he does seem like a smart guy, as far as footballer go, so I think he'd work well with Arteta. Not sure he's the profile we're looking for though.

Get Renan in - he’s a Saliba level talent. Only other young centreback of similar potential is Bitshiabu

Not as smooth a Saliba but that physicality makes it a piece of piss for him

Maddison I'm a bit unsure about. No doubt he produces the end product but his general play has never looked top notch to me. Sometimes holds the ball too long or makes the wrong decision, very talented player though. He won't come that cheap either, even though they've been relegated reckon there will be plenty of firm interest for him.

No he’s not. Eye test says otherwise. Think he has a few gears in him.

Vlahovic. Stock is low and with Juve's troubles he's probably attainable. If he rediscovers his form from around mid 2020 to mid 2022 we will have a proper striker on our hands.

It would also give us enough depth to compete on all fronts with a front six that looks like this:

Enough games to go around for everyone (except maybe Nelson) and depth to change things up when it gets stale.

In addition, we would still need the following:

RB/CB (Simikan?)
DM (understudy for Partey)
Xhaka replacement (Rice)

That's what I'd be aiming for this summer.

Sicario2 - Tier 1 eye test tells me at a top team with less space he'd struggle. A move to the likes of Spurs or Villa is about his ceiling IMO.
