I doubt he's ever going to be elite in terms of goalscoring for a wide player. I can't see him scoring 20 goals and getting 10-15 assists across a season - which is somewhere around the benchmark.
But he's certainly top drawer in terms of his dribbling, speed and athleticism. He'd give any fullback anywhere a hard game.
