I think it's hard to separate out an individual's contribution from the context of their role and importance to the team. Too much is sometimes made of the number an idividual puts up in isolation, in my opinion.
Becaus of Havertz's size, athleticism, work rate, and ability to make runs in behind, I think he's a much better fit fot what this Arsenal team needs. Maddison will need to accommodated at Tottenham because he's unathletic and doesn't work hard. Good player, though, definitely.
