I don't really see the point of what they're doing personally, I actually think the UEFA president is spot on for once. Invest in high profile coaches and directors, academies and Asian and African football in general. Get the best talents in from Asia and Africa and corner that market. Investing 1bn on a dozen past it European players and the odd Neves feels like an expensive novelty.
