Given how stupid it sounds there, and how badly the exiled players will lose out career wise given zero chance to play, it's a tough choice for them.

Qwiss we are linked to a "madness". Speculation is rife that it's likely to be a winger. If that's the case, they are either coming to back up Saka, or we are doing what Claudius always advocates for - replacing top down.
