Qwiss Both Martinelli and Marquinhos are relatively unknown tbh. Never hyped up like these Endricks, Rodrygos, Vini Jr, Alvarez etc. These days most of them end up realising their expectations

Coombs It's not that he's proof of anything. For all we know Moscardo and him could turn out to be shit in the future, but they're similar to Rodrygo and Vini Jr. in that they are already well-known and highly regarded, while most of us probably hadn't heard about Martinelli and Marquinhos before we signed them.

That's not to say Moscardo and Endrick can't end up like Bojan Krkic or Anderson.

A move for Werner has been rumoured for a bit. Just seemed like it would be Man United.

Spurs are going to have so much pace between Son, Johnson and Werner. Annoyingly good stretch of recruitment from them. He may end to be a non factor too though. Some mixed performances.

RLC and Werner were the only players (for depth) I would have accepted Arsenal acquiring if we were hell bent on dealing with Chelsea. Not Jorginho, Havertz nor James, Silva and Mount as others were lobbying for.

Havertz is acceptable considering Mount was actually our first choice. That would be disastrous.

stylistically what were you seeing different in Mudryk around this month last year compared to your assessment on Werner above? In the player thread you compared Mudryk to Bale, Kulusevski and Mitoma and I can't quite see the common thread. Either way all ended up well enough for us. Trossard is a baller and a unique addition. He almost helped our title charge come to fruition and can still play a big part coming up.
