I actually really liked the look of Hall - given his wages and age I think it's a smarter buy for Newcastle. Shame for us though, can't see us making anything decent on Tierney now, likely his wages will be a big obstacle.

Why would the Super League clubs be in favour? I don't see it. The bulk of them have consistently riled against the likes of PSG and City.

goon thats exactly what I'm thinking. The big leagues and clubs outside the Premier League can't compete financially with the Saudis, (maybe even the PL can't). If they allow the Saudis into the CL it'll be turkeys voting for Christmas.
