RowJimmy yeah and those countries have been rivals even involving themselves in proxy conflicts
Tam In the insinuation that City are involved in fraud and deception to gain about £5m?
The insinuation is they can't sell him in anywhere else for that kind of money which is why they are shipping him off.
awooga83 yeah and those countries have been rivals even involving themselves in proxy conflicts
Countries have squabbles all the time, this is a private business related.
Interesting, I think he represents a few PSG players
No wonder PSG want £140m for Barcola when you have idiots like Spurs willing to pay this for Savinho.
JazzG 2 seasons in the PL, 1 goal each season, 3 overall in all competitions per year, 85 mil. man stop. Stop.
Guess the insinuation would be money laundering. City has some grubby money lurking in Saudi and they're paying extra to get it back into the system. Could happen. I don't think diplomatic relations would have much to do with it. Then in a couple of years maybe some other associate rescues Reijnders from Saudi. The player's defensibly varying value is bandwidth in this medium, not the message: the money would move in chunks in different ways.
If we committed ourselves to selling Eze then I reckon we could get €61m or more. I don't really think there's much substantive difference between the Eze situation and the Reijnders situation except City's unwillingness to apply "But wait until next season" logic.
we'll wait till madueke's value plummets to zero before getting rid of the chancer
HomeSteak it's insane but I'm glad that it's Spurs on the other side of this at least. if they don't have an at least 50% hit rate on van Hecke, Fernandes, Tonali and Savinho they are going to be in huge, huge trouble down the road.
It's almost making me think we should just pay up for Barcola. It sucks but this is what the market is now, so best to get in before it explodes even further.
Their entire front line are gonna only play like 25 games a season at this rate!
JazzG it's annoyingly smart because it gives them a great way to blood the next big things without putting too much pressure on them.
Don Pacifico Yup, their league isn't that competitive either so he'll get plenty of games for them while the main players are used more in CL and big league/cup games.
Insane how many teams kept buying this guy when he has not been able to stay fit for more then a week for about 6 years now.
"As well as Tottenham"

Its mad how hyped he was when Chelsea signed him. Add him to the list of cautionary tales of hyped up Bundesliga attackers.
"AC Milan have invited Christopher Nkunku (28) to consider leaving the club" 😂
Pricing is all over the place this summer. Look at Spence price relative to some of the mad deals we have seen. Football more than ever doesn’t have a handle on intrinsic value. Doesn’t help when you fill the game with guys like Bezos
Claudius Spence is wildly overrated but he's definitely better than Quansah. I'm surprised Spurs got so little for him after a pretty good world cup.
Claudius
Pricing is all over the place for madrid/spurs/chelsea - desperate clubs
Rest of the spending has been in line
AC Milan formally invites thee to piss the fuck orrff
Qwiss on his day he’s very good. Pleased he’s leaving Spurs
lorddulaarsenal Especially pleased he's not coming here.
