The Enciso to BlueCo. deals stinks of FFP manipulation.
What I can foresee happening is, Enciso being loaned to Strasbourg for a fee (there will be rules in place to ensure this takes place at the market rate) and then if he is good, Chelsea buy him off BlueCo. next summer (this too will have to be at 'market value' but this amount will be quite easy to manipulate as footballers aren't like other assets and valuing them is so subjective). Assume Chelsea buy him at this manipulated market rate, they then have an undervalued asset in their squad that they can profit off via utility or by selling at his actual market value.
And if he flops and his value tanks, neither Strasbourg or Chelsea are stuck with the accounting loss.
