I'm really not sure I'd be all that worried. Liverpool, if we are to believe can afford him in the first place, will only be able to do so after selling Nunez and Diaz (though they keep rejecting moves for the latter). Coupled with the loss of Jota, that's 3 attackers they've lost since last season.
Their biggest strength last season was their ability to overwhelm teams in attack by making changes mid game to bring fresh legs on. If they do it this way then I struggle to see them being able to do that with some random kids coming off the bench. Not to mention what will happen to them if Isak goes out with his usual injury layoff.
They will have 3 strikers/wingers vs the 5 they will have had last season. Ok Wirtz can play there in a pinch but you then lose him in the 10 role which he excels in.
I'd love to have Isak, but all things considered, things may end up backfiring for Liverpool if they lose Nunez and Diaz for Isak and he ends up going back to being a permacrock. Especially with the fees expected upwards of 150m.
