Don Pacifico With Cunha and Mbeumo they now have the two Premier League players that overperformed their expected goals the most last season too. Dangerous situation to end up in after spending £120 million on attacking players. The whole point of big money moves used to be to avoid these type of risks.

Big improvement at LB for Liverpool, Robertson has been a great player for Liverpool but looks washed, this guy will make massively improve the LB position for them. Good business by them.

lorddulaarsenal Amazing. If they wanted to turn into Everton I'm pretty sure they could have bought the entire Everton squad instead for that fee.

Klaus -- I'm also left wondering if Cunha works ahead/near Fernandes.

He's the only talented player to their team, and if they're serious about rebounding (to top 6) they need to build completely around him. Mbuemo makes sense in that regard as he's a dynamic forward who is a willing runner and good finisher. But I don't see how Mbuemo and Cunha work well with each other, nor with Cunha with Fernandes.

Fernandes is very talented and an absolute liability. As long as he is their best player - and he is - they will stay in the. bottom half of the table.

MistaT two of them could work in their 3-4-2-1 formation but not 3 of them. So does that mean they play one of the new boys at CF?

Qwiss -- yeah, I'm not really sure, nor do I suppose I care that much.

I suppose you could play Mbuemo at CF, Fernandes as a left attacking mid, and and Cunha as a right attacking mid. That at least gets Fernandes back to his preferred left channel.

What I know is that Man United is starved of talent. In regards to attacking, Fernandes, Dalot, and Mbuemo are about the only players worth a damn. So you better be building around them, and not Hojlund, Garnacho or Cunha (who has game, but may stiffle Fernandes).

Are Man United really going to sell Bruno Fernandes and replace him with Cunha?
Are you going to trust Mbuemo to transition to CF? or rely on one of Hojlund/Zirkzee to be a CF, Mbuemo RWF and Fernandes LAM?

Cunha is a fantastic player but he’s an odd addition for them given they have Bruno.

United need to add pace and power throughout their team.

Mbeumo is basically a dwarf though, I'm not sure he's a good fit as a centreforward.

I think the more likely scenario is that Bruno takes a step down into the pitch, which is where he belongs. He has the technique and capacity to control the midfield but he's not an outstanding playmaker anymore.

Konate is under rated, and we've seen that first hand with how he's handled Martinelli these last few years.

Guehi looks sharp though so perhaps not the biggest loss if they move one out and another in.

JazzG they are not worried, they will sell the 3rd keeper and a under 21 squad player to Palace for 60 mil.
