DiabyKungFu the top left arrow is the back button, the pop out drawer should display when moving the cursor within 10 pixels or so of the left edge of the window, but only when you're viewing a thread. If that isn't happening, could you try opening developer tools (More Tools -> Developer Tools in Chrome, not sure about other browsers) and see if it shows any errors when hovering over the left side of the widow?

I have (somewhat) figured this out, by the way. If I enter the thread via clicking on the thread directly from the landing page, then the left-hover thing does not pop up. If I first click on the specific category/forum/whatever-you-call-it and then click into the thread from there, then the left-hover thing works. Seems reproducible but I doubt it should be expected behavior.

Edit: Actually, what happens is that the left-hover thing shows the thread list from whatever the last category/forum/whatever-you-call-it I visited in the session was. If I have not visited an category/forum/whatever-you-call-it in the session, then nothing pops up.

The setting to keep on is "Display an excerpt from each discussion in discussion lists (Desktop/Tablet)". Should be in your settings.

Search function, dark/night mode, embedding, alternative latest thread feed, placeholder page loads, overall mobile interface all nice.

Not in reference to any thread in particular I swear 😉 but the ability to ignore/hide particular threads from the All Discussions view is pretty sweet. It's in the Follow drop-down menu on the right when viewing a thread.

Big Willie Click into the thread you want to ignore and it's a drop-down button at the top of the thread.

This might be a bit tricky to set up @Pepe LeFrits, you've gotta set up Laravel Scout (whatever that is precisely), but it looks like a current off the shelf fix for the difficulty searching within discussions. Not sure if we talked about it before.

This may be a dumb question, but how do you quote reply someone? "Reply" just seems to reference the poster without quoting the post. I know how to put an arbitrary quote into a post, but surely there is some better way than copying and pasting a post.

DiabyKungFu highlight the bit of text you want to quote and then you'll get a popup saying quote.

Might be a dumb question but how do you post an image? Just tried with the add image button and pasted the link (it was just from imgbb) but it just posted the text of the link and not the pic.

Yeah you're close, you just need to use the URL https://i.ibb.co/T8RNs6T/FB-IMG-1673823451065.jpg, which is the address of the actual image, not the ImgBB web page on which the image is hosted.

Other similar free image board sites like Imgur tend to lead to the same problem, they encourage you to link back to them instead of just embedding the image, as it drives their business.

invisibleman18 however if you use imgur instead of imgbb you can just post the link and it will show up as a picture.

It's related to certain words / phrases, (e.g. a5ide from).
