Reports make it sound like the Met are declaring they're winding back their investigation ... so it seems just as likely they give up on prosecution as that charges are triggered.
My instinct is Partey will never face legal consequences. And given our history with this case I think he could be extended.

Just had a look, and not if it was the story today about a training ground arrest regarding a sex tape. The limited journalism out there mentions the player arrested was in his 20s. Not sure who it was.
Burnwinter so was the case that sent to the CPS potentially this then and not Partey at all? The media restrictions about all this stuff make it very hard to know whats going on.
Sicario2 not sure what this means because in the media I've seen he's never been named certainly in the UK so seems like a totally empty update. Not to mention there is no primary source given for this that can be verified so it's a pretty meaningless update from an arsenal fan account as it stands.
Qwiss I think they are separate incidents the original story about the recent arrest said the person was in their 20s so could not have been him based on that.
