No, not Flamini level, Flamini type, as in the way he plays. Tough tackling, great stamina, able to cover the whole pitch, a decent enough passer. Rice is similar in many ways, just much a much, much version.
Aside from the obvious defensive work (which he more than has) the key qualities I look for in the 6 for us is the ability keep the ball under pressure, evade challenges and to pass well from deep to our forward players before the opposition has settled, and that is where I fear he lacks. Granted I haven't seen loads of him, but what I gave seen did not make me get excited.
