I was thinking last night whether Tomi could be used man-on-man on Sunday.

jones how is his acceleration from a standing start? I think that's probably more important unless you're playing a counter attacking style. The players you mentioned all get past their man as they are so quick to gain speed.

Big Willie he's just 5'7 whereas the others are all 6' or taller, his acceleration is what gets him up to their speed and beyond.

even assuming this guy is good, 25m for centre back squad depth is a odd choice at this juncture, and were also being heavily linked with another RB. 50m spent on kiwior and trossard, leaves 50m for a centre mid, but we really don't seem all that interested in strengthening there. we haven't really had bids or negotiations for centre mids in the last 18 months
