Have to be Vieira time then. Good
15yr old Nwaneri on the bench. Crazy.
Injuries we're picking up are mad but looking forward to seeing Vieira.
vieira starts, according to Charles watts
Arsenal have posted the team so yeah.
Partey also starts.
Ramsdale, Tierney, Gabriel, Saliba, White, Partey, Xhaka, Vieira, Martinelli, Jesus, Saka
Turner, Tomiyasu, Holding, Sousa, Lokonga, Smith, Nwaneri, Marquinhos, Nketiah
Ugh...bench is weak today. How have we got so many injuries already!?
No Martin. Dam. Hope it is not serious.
Really looking fwd to seeing Vieira though..

He trained yesterday, just not ready for todays game.
Despite these absences, it's a good side we're sending out and a proper ordeal and a chance to shine for Vieira.
Some strength and energy off the bench in the form of Nketiah and Marquinhos if we're looking for a late goal.

Guy was 14 years old 6 months ago, now in the bench for a PL match.

To a point.
For me, it's difficult not to see a gap between Ode and Vieira as a result of the latter's fitness/experience with this team. Vieira looks great but I think it's potentially what will be decisive about this match or we're going to be heavily reliant on the wings.
After a poor result against a still not great united it's important to respond and get a result here even if Brentford have been in good form. If we are seriously wanting to see progress then a win here is needed.

Yep, not our absolute best side, but you can hope losing Lokonga and Øde and adding Partey and Vieira is not a huge step down.
Fabio has got to turn out to be a player, otherwise it's money down the drain. Meanwhile I'd actually be pleased to learn Øde and Zinchenko were left out to give them a great chance of being properly fit for Spurs.
Yep, anything less than three points would be disappointing but it's only one match, this is not decisive in any way.

Yeah, people get too caught up on the opponent, it's a long season and in the grand scheme of things it's 3 points.
What a fantastic opportunity for Viera, hope he goes out and enjoys it today. Need him and Xhaka to play a positive game and be up to the press
Think he will suprise a few
Let’s hope! A scent of goal would be really handy as well, get some late runs in. Numbers in the box has been one of my favorite aspects of our play this season
