all the candidate clubs are good though. Marseille, Atlanta, Brighton - he'll have a good season at any of those I'd hope.

He actually looked decent tonight when he came on. A few loose passes to begin with but showed good pace and power and stood his ground one v one when the Chelsea players tried to pick on him. Should be a nice option for us if his loan spell goes well.

Only caught the last thirty or so. Will be back to be a dickhead tomorrow after i’ve watched the replay. Sounds like good viewing!

Jesus is one hell of a signing and Wilo has made himself undroppable. Zinny seems to have fit in seamlessly and Turner looks a proper solid number 2. All of the new boys look sharp. Exciting times…

Just seen the highlights = very tasty.
Jesus and Saliba look to have settled quickly and that back5 looks capable.
CFC look a long way off the pace let having issues at both ends of the pitch, whereas we look ready to hit the ground running to make a strong start to the season.

plenty to enjoy in this game. jesus looks like he can thrive and show more of his capabilities when given more responsibility. odegaard is a joy to watch, and I'd love it of he added those late runs into the box as an added feature of his play

Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert

Very pleasing. Saliba is so damn comfortable there, and has forged a good partnership with Gabriel so far.

Zinchenko is going to be a huge asset on the ball but I thought he looked weak defensively.

Saka is great but he really needs to work on his decision making and execution at crunch moments.

Sambi is looking really comfortable this pre season, he could surprise us.

Still need that star wide forward coming in.

Also I hope the club are preparing for a Partey heir... We're so dependent on him but he's still sloppy quite often.

Really took the game to Chelsea. Played really well.. hopefully we can carry this into the season.

Love how Tet gets these new signings to seemlesly fit in to the team.

Think were going to see exiting football much more consistently this season. Can't wait.
