There's no need for the insult. Daredevil is correct, the vast majority wouldn't regard Salah as a CF so his point stands.
Your playing with definitions to fit your argument here. Salah wouldn't be regarded by the vast majority as being a CF, just like neither Saka nor Martinelli would. To use Salah as an example and discount Firmino, means you have to look at players in a similar position at City, and in 21/22De Bruyne got 15 (supporting you) whereas the highest in 20/21 was Gundogan (13) and Sterling (10). The issue is not that you're using Salah, but you need to be consistent.
I get the point you're making, title winning teams need a heavy goal scorer in the front line. But Daredevil's point is correct and the most recent years suggest that more than having one heavy goalscorer, it's better to have a good spread across the front line and midfield. That also insulates you against injuries. It would be far better if Jesus could score more, he's far from clinical, but I'd prefer to see a greater contribution from within the squad and the likes of Nketiah, Nelson and Trossard next year (or their replacements). And in addition to that a few more chucked in for good measure from Martinelli and Saka who I think most would suggest have more goals in them.
Prior to this year with Haaland, City's goals have all come from a good spread across their wider attackers and advanced midfielders.
To go back to your original point and using Salah as an example, Martinelli is already on 15 for the season and Saka on 13.
