Favourite game: Difficult to choose. I loved hearing the away fans singing for 30 minutes straight at Bournemouth away after a scintillating performance; beating Tuchel's Chelsea at the Bridge with a really feisty, dogged performance; the late home winners against Fulham, Bournemouth; United at home. I think I'd go with shutting up Klopp's Liverpool with the game in October 22 and stalling that awful record against them. Too bad the Anfield trip ended up being the start of the end.
Overall things that stand out from the season are i) awful quality of refereeing, inconsistency in decisions ii) clubs throw money at their problems via gluttonous tranfers (Man United, Newcastle), manager sackings/pay outs (half the league) and it eventually works, barring the odd exception (Chelsea) and iii) time wasting is a black mark on the league and its entertainment value. All three need to be addressed.
