Coombs Newcastle is irrelevant to us. Rather they quickly secure top 4 before we play them, and Liverpool having nothing to play when we visit them at Anfield.

Predicted Newcastle would fall away and I do think we're seeing it happen. They worked way too hard in matches early on in the season and it never felt sustainable to me. Almiron was never going to be able to sustain his freakish goalscoring form either.

Liverpool could still make top 4 if they sort themselves out in time.

This season, sure. I'd rather they miss out on the CL for the sake of the longer term, though. It's also just a matter of principle, and as much as Klopp is insufferable, I'm starting to really dislike Howe.

I don't think they are falling away. They just can't win without Bruno. Their success rate drops by more than half without him. They only lost against Liverpool this season mind you. Even yesterday they dominated Liverpool with 10 man. Isak though is not worth 70m, absolutely not.

The longer it takes for them to get into the CL regularly the better as that makes it that much more difficult for them to attract the top players.

Kind of odd how rather than cooking, Mudryk is doing the dishes at Chelsea.

No doubt a good player but will take some time to adapt. In hindsight not worth paying the amount Chelsea eventually did.

Better to spend that amount or thereabouts for the chap at Napoli who’s name nobody in the world can spell
