it could also be that each individual leg of a bet counts as a charge. so if bet on the Arsenal game last weekend and bet on the score, winner, first scorer and number of yellow cards that would be 4 betting instances. who knows. but it is one of the daftest things i have seen whether he is betting or aiding bettors.
