These are the types of results that give you hope. Nobody would have given Everton a chance away at Brighton but this is what can happen when you’re fighting for your life/career. Now Everton will grow in confidence and Brighton will feel they have to put up more of a fight to get over this. So one game and one result has made it that bit more difficult for City now. I’ve always said City would drop points, but thought it would be likely we’d drop just as many if not more. Expected to lose a few at Newcastle in fairness so maybe we do have it in us to win the rest.
