If we miss out on top 4 this season questions need to be asked of Arteta. He can't get a free ride. Spurs have been shit and United even worse. Both team will be better next season with ETH at United and Conte having a summer window and more time with the Spurs squad. If he can't do it this season, he sure as fuck isn't going to be able to do it next season.

adjust to what? we have no other midfielders, strikers or general plan b shape that's up to the task of fighting for 4th. the squad is paper thin, and that was a conscious choice by the club

That's a good finish but the build up was the impressive part about it.

What are you asking here? We've done fuck all for 70 minutes bar standing off them at some point somethings bound to happen. This is no miracle we're simply playing dogshit football. And it's not because the team is shit but because our manager is a shit fucking hack.
