Let's be honest, nobody likes Xhaka either as a player or an personality, so I think it's safe to say his performances are more likely to be underrated than overrated. Suggesting the opposite is quite an amusing take on what fans are like.
He wasn't great in the first half but put in a good second half performance (hence why opinions changed). Our midfield in general definitely has a stronger feel to it when he's in there alongside Partey thanks to his positional sense, the one area he actually really excels at. You're allowed to acknowledge this whilst knowing he's capable of shitting the bed and wanting him replaced in the summer with someone who can do a lot more.
